You have to actually complete each racing series on Master difficulty with each machine (chess icons next to the track selection screen show you which series you have already beaten with the respective racer). If that sounds too difficult, you can also unlock Vermilion by completing the championship 255 times.

I wreszcie ten ostatni - Jet Vermilion! Jest CHOLERNIE TRUDNY do zdobycia, ale jest CHOLERNIE SZYBKI i CHOLERNIE wytrzymały. Są trzy sposoby aby go zdobyć:
1) Wygraj każdą serie wyścigów na poziomie trudności Master KAŻDYM z pojazdów.
2) Wygraj mistrzostwa (Championship) 255 razy (tak, dobrze przeczytałeś - 255!!1!!1one)
3) Wejdz w tryb Grand Prix i wcisnij L, R, START, R, L, SELECT. Otworzy się okienko na kod. Tam wpisz ten oto prosty 'wyraz' (po czym przeczytaj go na głos xD) - 2-8+08T2YQ30
